Sea Vistas Apartments nestle on a mountainside amongst pine, fir and Cyprus trees near the town of Catalkoy.  The complex is family friendly and comprises of 90 apartments in five blocks and all have wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. The apartment on offer is a one bedroom duplex and is completed with modern furniture.  It comprises of an open plan lounge with dining area and a kitchen fitted with everything needed for self catering.  There is one bedroom, a bathroom and a Juliette balcony with spectacular views.

The complex is beautifully designed and the apartments have hidden boilers and roof water tanks so the views are not spoilt.  There is a communal swimming pool with a spacious pool terrace and loungers.  The complex also slopes downwards from a ridge and it is separated from the neighbours by a ravine on one side and a protected national park on the other.
