The townhouse is on two streets. The front street which has unobstructed channel views (sea and country views) is called Torri Ta Kenuna Street, Nadur NDR1438, Gozo, Malta. The other street Pope Paul VI there are the garages and on one end of the site of the house there are obstructed views of country and sea from a different angle of the island.
The townhouse house is habitable and is on two floors. We currently live in it. It has four double bedrooms (three bedrooms with air conditions) a large study, (with air condition) kitchen/dining, with closed wooden stove, separate living room with open fireplace and air condition, internal courtyard, another sitting/dining room, shower room with heater) two bathrooms with heaters (one en-suite), box room, washroom, granite stairs, three garages (though we use only one for two cars) for four cars and a garden of 290 square meters.
The townhouse is a suitable site for development into an eighteen three bedroom apartments and six penthouses with underlying garages and car spaces. Nine three bedroom apartments and three penthouses with unobstructed views of the Gozo channel (sea and country views). It is also suitable to be developed commercially into A very Large Guesthouse.
The townhouse is about twenty meters away from the restored Tower of Kenuna and it’s gardens where the Local Nadur Council sometimes holds Art Exchibitions.
The townhouse is about five minutes walk from two local bakeries, seven to ten minutes car drive to Ramla Bay, Dahlet Qorrot Bay and San Blas Bay. Hondoq ir-Rummien Bay is about thirteen minutes away by car.
The town of Nadur is about ten minutes car drive from Mgarr Harbour where the ferry docks. (The ferry crosses from Malta to the island of Gozo every 45 minutes and back again). It is also about ten minutes drive from the main town of Gozo , Victoria. The only hospital in Gozo is situated in Victoria. In Nadur there are several restaurants, (Ta Kenuna Restaurant is about three minutes walk from the townhouse), cafeterias, mini markets, post office, football club, two pharmacies and dental clinic.
Nadur is also known for its spontaneous Carnival of five consecutive days in February. Nadur also hosts an organized Carnival weekend every February. Nadur feast comes on a public holiday on the 29 June in honor of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, where a display of fireworks are held in the town s main square, an agricultural show in the minor square and sky fireworks during the three days event feast. In August Nadur organizes the Wine Festival for three consecutive days.
